We are a team of architects & builders that practices sustainable architecture. We wish to let the client leave it upon us professionals to handle the design and execution of their dream home in the form of a structure of unmatched quality.
Design & Working drawing
We design sustainable modern contemporary buildings to suit the client's requirement and undertake the production of the structural and architecture drawings and details that is required for construction.
Build
We prefer to take on turnkey projects where we design and build from scratch to a supreme quality finished building without any client interference.
Consultation
We understand that it can get very confusing to plan a project and like to advice and share our knowledge & ideas to help people.
Landscape design
We analyse the existing natural condition of the site and design an efficient, aesthetic and functional landscape.
Our Design Process
Discover
After a great deal of sketching, client meetings and basic design, we develop a general plan and concept for the elevation without getting into deep detail.
Define
We arrive at the basic functional structure of the spaces and the theme for the elevation. The plan will get defined by the end of this stage.
Design
The architect & client work together on various finer design details like windows, doors, materials, etc; A 3D render of a house will be produced.
Devolop
Architects and engineers produce multiple drawing sets to finalize all the technical design details, All the materials are selected and scheduled.
Deploy
The architect will periodically visit the job site to see progress and ensure the contractor is following the plans.
Deliver
The architect stays on the project until the the building is finished. Final inspections are all completed, and the owner obtains a Certificate of Occupancy.
